CarTitles.com guarantees that you will get a title to your vehicle.
Limited money back guarantee for Bonded Titles, Court Ordered Titles, & Duplicate Titles.
If the client is not able to obtain a title for the vehicle, CarTitles.com will refund the title service fee to the client.
The conditions of this limited guarantee are as follows:
The vehicle must not be reported stolen.
The vehicle must not be a “salvage” or “junk title” vehicle.
The vehicle must not have any unreleased liens. (If a lien is showing on title, CarTitles.com will request for the lien to be released, but the title will not be issued unless the lien is cleared from title.)
Responsibilities of the client:
Client must sign all required documents.
Client must perform any required actions for title (passed inspections, VIN verifications, surety bond acquisition, government fees, sales taxes.)
Client must provide any required documents (i.e. bill of sale, copy of valid driver’s license, VIN photo, etc.)
The reason for rejection can not be any item which the client could remedy or voluntarily take care of. Any illegal, improper, or disruptive activity by the client will void this guarantee.
In the event the DMV rejects the title, CarTitles.com will refund the service fee to the client, minus retained costs of mailing, doc fees, and background checks, not to exceed $65.
In order to claim a guarantee refund, client must sign a guarantee refund request form and waiver, and provide written rejection letter from the government agency specifying the reason for the rejection. Upon approval of the guarantee refund, the client can expect payment back to their original form of payment within 14 days.
Client must wait a minimum of 90 days for title to be issued prior to filing a claim for refund.
Guarantee refund is the sole compensation for any rejection. Other costs or losses paid to third parties are not refundable.
Warranty is valid for 300 days from date of transaction.
